工艺流程

工艺系统

预处理系统

      作为纯净水生产的依托是非常重要的。所以要生产纯净水一定是要选择原水水质比较好的地方。如山泉、深井等。在这里牵扯到一个非常重要的指数就是“电导率”。一般而言电导率,越低。水越纯净。水处理工艺都是采用的反渗透系统。经过处理后的水一般能达到90%——99%的脱盐率。下面我介绍一下这个系统的组成部件。

      (1)原水泵。

      原水泵是为原水预处理系统提供原水压力的作用。如果原水有压力就完全可以不用这个设备。一般要求原水压力>=0.3MPa。

      (2)原水箱。

      原水箱的作用更简单,是储存原水用的。这是怕原水万一供不上作一个中转(通常添加浮球开关是整个系统自动化程度更高)。

      (3)采用石英砂滤料以除去原水中较大颗粒的悬浮物、泥沙、杂质等,降低水的混浊度。而且还可以使水中的有机物质、细菌、病毒等随着浊度的降低而被大量去除,并为滤后消毒创造了良好条件。

      (4)利用活性碳的吸附能力有效地吸附原水中的有机物、游离性余氯、胶体、微粒、微生物、某些金属离子及脱色等。

      (5)软化系统(加药系统)。

      利用离子树脂的交换性能,除去原水中的钙镁离子,以达到防止后继设备结生水垢的影响,但是操作起来费工,费料。改为加药系统直接向里添加阻垢剂。

      主要解决以下几个问题

      (1)防止有机物污染;

      (2)防止胶体物及悬浮固体微粒堵塞;

      (3)防止氧化性物质对膜的氧化破坏;这样可保证反渗透装置稳定运行以及正常的使用寿命。

      (4)防止反渗透膜面结垢CaCO3、CaSO4、SrSO4、CaF2、SiO2、铁、铝氧化物等在膜面沉积

      (1)被处理水

      (2)预处理系统

      被处理水可以是污水、自来水、河水、地下水等多种水源。我们通常是采用了自来水和地下水作为被处理水来进行反渗透处理,水质相对来说比较感情,污染程度程度低,处理效率快。。

      (3)高压水泵

      整个反渗透的水处理过程,需要一定压力。高压水泵通过对整个水处理系统提供压力,保证谁在通过膜孔时的速度和供水要求。高压水泵必须采用了专用的不锈钢材质的耐腐蚀的水泵,因为水处理溶液中含有的酸碱性物质会发生腐蚀现象,如果抗腐蚀能力弱,被腐蚀,就会造成水的如此污染。

      (4)智能控制系统

      新型的反渗透设备都会配备专用的PLC智能化控制系统。通过智能系统检测温度表、压力表等仪表盘的数据变化。通过计算机控制,配有模拟屏。能够控制整套反渗透设备的正常运行。并且根据水处理的需要进行人工设定参水,根据设备的运行状况发出报警提示。

      (5)密封水箱储水

      反渗透设备完成水处理后,要通过专业的水箱对处理完成的水进行收集。水箱要干净、防腐,避免对水产生污染。
